Does it cost anything to join as a buyer?

No. Joining the buyer list is free, always. Tell us your buy box and we send matching deals.

How does the 50/50 JV work?

You bring a contract you've locked up. We market it to our buyer network, negotiate, and run dispo + closing. When it assigns, we split the spread 50/50. You stay hands-off after submitting.

Why do you need photos on a submission?

Photos let us comp it accurately and catch wrong numbers fast — like a deal priced as a light rehab that's really a tear-down. Without them we can't give you an honest answer.

What markets do you cover?

Nationwide. Our buyer network spans all 50 states, with deep activity in GA, OH, TN, TX, and the Midwest.

Is my deal kept confidential?

Yes. Submissions are reviewed privately and we don't give out the property address to buyers until they're vetted.
